QUALIFICATIONS

Good analytical mind on clients’ business model and user requirements.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good structured english documentation techniques understandable by both parties.
Knowledge in using communication tools for DFD, bubble charts, data dictionary, decision tables/trees, pseudocodes, etc.
Clear knowledge of current, evolving, and new technologies.
Patience in ironing out system problems and repetitive changes in client requirements.
Very good team player. Coordinates closely with clients and development team.
Able to do job within time constraints.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Keeping abreast on latest technologies in web app development not limited to tools currently being used by the company.
Researches and identifies existing tools that can be utilized/integrated in the applications (buy and integrate vs build in-house).
Communicates with and advises management (both parties) about systems innovations to improve productivity.
Interacts with clients and development team.
Prepares clear documentation on user requirements with use cases.
Identifies and helps irons out business processes, UI problems, database problems, testing and troubleshooting. user experience.
Ensures web programs are working smoothly on all aspects.
Train clients’ end-users on proper usage of the system.
